I know of the evil empire that is Monsanto. Having grown up in Saskatchewan I can't not know of this entity and their heinous machinations. The LAST place I would have expected to read an article about this behemoth and their genetically-modified, chemically induced hegemony would be here. I must admit that I am flabbergasted. That a chick magazine could have such editorial depth turns all of my ideals on its head. What is this world coming to?

Yes I'm being facetious, but only slightly. I'm impressed that such a magazine would present this kind of material to its audience, but honestly this is something that is more fitting of, oh maybe, the New York FUCKING Times. It is a testament to the true power that Monsanto wields that this piece of journalism is relegated to a rag only read by suburban soccer moms and not the world at large.

BTW, I came to find this article from Slashdot, yet again another example of the technorati disseminating important information to the masses of the technologically proficient and doing my part I am passing this unto you.
